How do I sign up for WeWork On Demand?

The WeWork On Demand app is available on iOS and Android and gives you access to more than 190 locations across 24 cities in the US. To sign up, download the WeWork On Demand app and create an account with your email, name & password. What can I access with WeWork On Demand?

WeWork On Demand grants you access to a select group of WeWork locations to book open workspace and meeting rooms during our business hours, Monday – Friday. Your open workspace booking will give you access to hot desks and the common areas of WeWork On Demand enabled locations. You’ll have access to a seat with a back, a flat work surface, and a power source within 6 feet. There are currently more than 190 locations across 17 cities in the US accessible through WeWork On Demand. You can search for locations in the WeWork On Demand app.

How much does a WeWork On Demand cost?

WeWork On Demand costs as little as $29 per day for open workspace or $10 per hour, per person for meeting rooms.

How do I access WeWork On Demand locations?

When you arrive at your first open workspace or meeting room, just check in with a member of our community team. They will get you set up with a keycard for all future reservations – just don’t forget your ID, they will need to check that first!

After making a meeting room reservation, you’re able to bring guests up to the maximum capacity of the conference room. Guests will need to check in on arrival using the kiosk at the Community Bar. If you have not booked a conference room, you are not permitted to bring guests.

How do I book a space?

By creating a WeWork On Demand account, you can access any of our available locations by booking an open workspace on the WeWork On Demand app. We want to ensure that you and every other member has a great experience at all WeWork On Demand locations, and as a result, we may reach capacity at your preferred location. That’s why we please ask that you book your space in advance using the On Demand app. If the location you had planned on working from is at capacity, we suggest booking an open workspace at the nearest available location to you.

How do I book and pay for meeting rooms?

You can book meeting rooms through the WeWork On Demand app in 30 minute increments. The price of the meeting room will depend on the size of the meeting room and time of day. All prices will be displayed in the app, and you can pay for it by credit card via the On Demand app (iPhone/Android links).

How do I modify or cancel a booking?

You may cancel a reservation in the On Demand app as long as you are within the reservation cancellation window. You will automatically be refunded the cost of the meeting room as long as you cancel at least 60 minutes before the start of your reservation. For daily workspace reservations, you must cancel by 11:59PM the day before your reservation to be issued a refund. If you are outside the reservation cancellation, please contact help@wework.com to modify or cancel a meeting room or open workspace booking.

Can I book spaces or rooms outside of the WeWork On Demand locations listed on the app?

At this time, you can book open workspaces or meeting rooms at more than 190 locations across the U.S. via the WeWork On Demand app. Stay tuned as additional locations become available.

A member from the Community Team can help you print up to 100 pages a month. If you need more than 100 pages, we suggest looking for a nearby business printing provider.

Can I keep using the WeWork App that I used with my old WeWork Membership?

Unfortunately once you join WeWork On Demand, you will need to make all your bookings with the WeWork On Demand app.
