WeWork On Demand offers three booking types: coworking day pass (bookable by the day), private offices (bookable by the day), and meeting rooms (bookable by the hour). Desk and office bookings cover the full business day at a per-space daily rate; meeting room bookings are reserved for a specific time block at a per-seat hourly rate. All bookings are made through the WeWork app or member web with a credit or debit card.

A coworking day pass booking provides you with access to WeWork coworking spaces for the full business day, including hot desks, lounges, meeting booths, pantries, and phone booths. Day pass bookings are available at all WeWork On Demand-enabled locations and are suited for solo professionals or remote workers who need a shared, productive workspace. Guests are not permitted with coworking day pass bookings.

A daily private office booking provides access to a private WeWork office for the full business day. You’ll also have access to shared amenities, including lounges, pantries, and phone booths.

Your office will be unlocked for you by the community team when you arrive. While you are inside the office, you can lock the door for privacy. However, no key or keycard is provided, so if you leave the office and need to re-enter, the community team can assist.

A meeting room booking reserves a WeWork meeting room for a specific period of time, charged by the hour. The total number of attendees, including the host, is limited to the room's stated capacity. Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and check in with the on-site community team before the session begins.

WeWork On Demand meeting rooms are set up for professional and collaborative work, with room configurations and available equipment varying by location. Meeting rooms may be equipped with whiteboards, HDMI-connected screens, and video conferencing (camera, microphone, speaker). Check the location listing in the WeWork app to confirm specific equipment at your preferred building before booking. After you book, connect with the on-site community team to ensure your preferred equipment is ready for your meeting.

WeWork On Demand is currently available in 70+ cities worldwide. If WeWork On Demand is not available in your particular area, WeWork All Access, a monthly membership to coworking space, may be available in your location. On your first WeWork On Demand visit, check in with the community team at the community bar, present a valid government-issued photo ID, and receive a keycard for future reservations. Please allow three to five minutes to validate your credentials on the first connection. For all subsequent visits, your keycard activates automatically 20 minutes before your reservation start time and no further WiFi setup is required.

WeWork On Demand spaces are booked by the day through the WeWork app or member web, with each day requiring a separate reservation. The same office can be held and booked a maximum of 30 days in advance. This requires a separate reservation, and you will need to book each day separately. Check availability at your preferred location for each date in the WeWork app before booking.

WeWork On Demand bookings are fully refundable when cancelled at least 24 hours before the reservation start time. For same-day bookings, a 5-minute window immediately after the original booking also qualifies for a full refund. Cancellations outside either window are not automatically refunded. To cancel a WeWork On Demand booking through the WeWork app or member web, open your upcoming reservations, select the booking, and confirm the cancellation. To receive an automatic refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the reservation start time. If you booked on the same day, the 5-minute grace window immediately after the original booking allows a full refund without additional steps.

Yes, you can upgrade from WeWork On Demand to a WeWork All Access membership directly through the WeWork app or member web, without contacting sales.
