The WeWork app is available on iOS and Android and gives you access to more than 320+ locations across 70+ major cities in the US, Canada, Australia, France, Spain, Belgium, Germany, Sweden, Czech Republic, Poland, Netherlands, and Singapore. To sign up, download the WeWork app and create an account with your email, name & password. If you would like to be notified when WeWork On Demand becomes available at a location near you, sign up for notifications through the form above.
Can the WeWork app be used to book workspace on demand?
Yes, you can use the WeWork app to book open workspace by the day and meeting rooms by the hour.
What can I access with WeWork On Demand?
WeWork On Demand grants you access to a select group of WeWork locations to book open workspace and meeting rooms during our business hours, Monday – Friday, subject to availability. Your open workspace booking will give you access to hot desks and the common areas of WeWork On Demand enabled locations. You’ll have access to a seat with a back, a flat work surface, and a power source within 6 feet. There are currently more than 320+ locations across 70+ major cities in the US accessible through WeWork On Demand. You can search for locations in the WeWork app.
How do I access WeWork On Demand locations?
When you arrive at your first open workspace or meeting room, just check in with a member of our community team. They will get you set up with a keycard for all future reservations – just don’t forget your ID, they will need to check that first!

How do I book a workspace?
By creating a WeWork app account, you can access any of our available locations by booking an open workspace on the WeWork app.
How do I book and pay for meeting rooms?
You can book meeting rooms through the WeWork app in 30 minute increments. The price of the meeting room will depend on the size of the meeting room and time of day. All prices will be displayed in the app, and you can pay for it by credit card via the WeWork app .
How do I modify or cancel a booking?
You may cancel a reservation in the WeWork app as long as you are within the reservation cancellation window. You will automatically be refunded the cost of the meeting room and/or desk as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before the start of your reservation. Users also have a 5 minute window immediately post booking to cancel any WeWork On Demand workspace or meeting room reservation and receive a full refund. If you are outside the reservation cancellation, please contact help@wework.com to modify or cancel a meeting room or desk booking.
Can I book workspaces or meeting rooms outside of the WeWork On Demand locations listed on the app?
At this time, you can book open workspaces or meeting rooms at more than 300 locations across the U.S., Australia, Canada, Singapore, UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Belgium, Germany, Sweden, Czech Republic, Poland, and Netherlands via the WeWork app. Stay tuned as additional locations become available.
How can I print?
A member from the Community Team can help you print up to 100 pages a month. If you need more than 100 pages, we suggest looking for a nearby business printing provider.
How do I connect to the internet?
Once you are in the office and ready to work, log in to the WeWork WiFi network using your WeWork On Demand credentials. First time visitors: please allow 3-5 minutes to validate your credentials and connect for the first time.
What’s the difference between a desk booking and a meeting room booking?
Booking a "Desk" through the WeWork app allows you to access WeWork common areas, including desks, booths, pantries, restrooms, and more. Booking a meeting room (“Room”) is done through the WeWork app with a credit card, and allows access to a meeting room for the length of your reservation.
What is your guest policy for desk bookings?
No guests are permitted with desk bookings. If you'd like to bring a guest, please make a meeting room booking that can accommodate each of your guests.
What is your guest policy for meeting room bookings?
For room bookings, the number of guests is limited to room capacity. Guests should bring a valid ID and check in with the Community team. Hosts must be present prior to guest arrival and through the duration of the room booking. Guests are permitted to access the Premises only during such booking period.
