Yes, the view is stunning from the community floor on the 34th level 🤩 The space can get pretty packed, and window seats are in high demand. There is more space on the 33rd floor if you need a quiet moment and phone booths for meetings. The WeWork on 199 Water Street is the perfect place if you seek an inspiring workspace with a buzzy community vibe.

Highly disagree with the bad review here. In my experience this location is awesome, clean, and has a great view. Benjamin and the rest of the staff have been super friendly every time I've been there, and I intend to visit again!

Incredible views over the East River. My favorite NYC location. Only downside is the building’s AC/ventilation system does not run on weekends or after hours and it can become pretty stuffy.
