I cannot tell you how amazing and helpful Dana and team were. I wasn’t familiar with the area and they rented me a room for a call I needed to take. The room was perfect to take the call, WiFi fast and I couldn’t have been taken care of better. If I had to name something that could’ve improved and that’s if I had to name one it would probably be the lights which could’ve been brighter but that wasn’t a massive issue at all!

I am traveling from another place to NYC and need to work remotely for a couple days. My friends introduced me to WeWork, which I find really interesting since I’m interested to see a more diversified group of people in a work environment. So I decided to pay some extra bucks just to explore and experience. This WeWork place is conveniently located close to the Canal St subway station, with a Blue Bottle Coffee right across the street. The place is well lit and has enough hot desks, although the phone booths are filled with people most of the time. The WiFi signal is good enough for me to keep the RDP sessions running smoothly. It has more people and overall a little bit more noisy than the other WeWork place that I’ve been to in Fidi. However, I do find the white noise from people somehow inspiring and helpful for me to focus well — it’s something that I’ve long been missing from WFH and empty large corp offices (since most of my team WFH too). I have not directly talked to any of the staff in this location. But this place has been well maintained throughout my stay. There is free nitro cold brew, berry flavored kombucha, sparkling water and espresso drink from an automatic coffee machine. They also provided free mini pastries, instant oatmeal, juice and donuts 🍩 today! Overall, really happy with my WeWork experience so far and might keep using it every now and then just for fun.

This location is super convenient. It’s less than a block away from the train station and surrounded by tons of lunch options. It was my first time going into a WeWork and the community team really made the experience 5/5. Denisha was so welcoming and has such positive energy. There were many desks and meeting rooms available, which were really clean and tidy. The bathrooms are clean, stocked, and had August period products!! The community events make the day feel exciting. It was national caramel day and they had ice cream sundaes for everyone!

WeWork 408 Broadway is the best/safest work space in NYC!! Building kept extremely clean with sanitizing wipes/stations available at every nook. Most importantly, the staff here - Kadiatou and Jackie - are amazing! There is truly never a dull day. Today was day one from upgrading from my AMEX membership to an office and I couldn’t be more excited.”

Great pumpkin spice coffee and helpful staff. Couldn't give it 5 stars though because the phone booths contain formaldehyde.
