WeWork All Access is a monthly coworking membership offering global access. Professionals use it to work from premium locations around the world, and the way they do it is the same: they pick a plan, download the app, book a workspace for the day, and show up. What’s not the same is that there are two plan tiers members may choose from, each with different location access and credit allowances.

What WeWork All Access actually is

Let’s address the confusion first: WeWork All Access is not a day pass like WeWork On Demand, nor is it a dedicated desk.

WeWork All Access gives you flexible seating at WeWork locations. Each day, you can book one coworking space through the WeWork app, then work from hot desks, phone booths, lounges, and common areas in that building. You also get monthly credits to book meeting rooms and private offices when you need them.

The membership comes in two tiers: Basic and Plus. While both include the same all-inclusive amenities, they differ in how many global locations you can access and how many monthly credits you get.

Basic vs. Plus: the breakdown

WeWork All Access Basic gives you access to 100+ locations, found in major markets and cities. Because of that, it’s best practice to check the location finder to confirm your city before you commit. This tier includes 1 coworking space booking per day and 2 credits per month for meeting rooms or private offices. Basic is a good fit if you work primarily in one city and want a professional workspace near home, with the flexibility to occasionally use a location in another market.

WeWork All Access Plus opens up 450+ locations across 30+ countries and 100+ cities. It’s the plan built for people who move between cities regularly or want the broadest possible access. Plus includes 1 coworking space booking per day, 3 credits per month for meeting rooms or private offices, and in select markets, printing (up to 120 black-and-white sheets and 20 color sheets per month). 

Both plans offer savings with a commitment. Pricing varies by market, and discounts of up to 15% are available on longer commitments.

How to sign in, book, and check in

Getting started takes a few minutes. Go to the WeWork All Access page, choose your plan (Basic or Plus), select a commitment length, and complete checkout. Once your membership is active, download the WeWork app (iOS/Android) to begin booking.

From there, the day-to-day flow is simple. Open the app, search for a city, and browse available locations. Select one, reserve a coworking space for the day, and you’re set.

Both plans include one coworking booking per day at no extra cost. If you want to use a second location on the same day, that costs one credit. Meeting rooms and private offices are booked separately using your monthly credits. Once your included credits are used, additional bookings are charged to your next invoice. Credits refresh on the first of each month and don’t roll over.

On your first visit to any building, check in with the community team at the front desk. They’ll set you up with a keycard linked to your account, which works across all your eligible locations from that point forward. After that first visit, you just swipe in.

The process is the same whether you’re booking a space in New York, London, São Paulo, or Singapore. Same app, same keycard.

Using All Access internationally

All Access Plus gives you the widest international reach, with locations in over 30 countries and more than 100 cities. Basic works internationally, too, but is limited to select markets, so check availability in the WeWork app before you travel.

A few practical notes for international use:

• Hours vary by building. Some locations offer extended access from 6 AM to 11:59 PM, 365 days a year. Others stick to standard business hours. Check the building details in the app before you plan an early morning or weekend session in a new city.
• Your existing keycard works internationally. On your first visit to a new building, stop by the front desk, and they’ll activate access for that location.

In 2025, WeWork reported that more than 19 million unique visitors came through its 600 locations across 36 countries. Power users visited 30 to 50+ unique locations in a single year. This mobility is what WeWork’s global network is built for.

Community: the part people don’t see until they join

One of the things that rarely comes through on a product page is WeWork’s network. In addition to managing buildings, on-site community teams organize professional and social events (think networking sessions, interest-based gatherings, or simply, lunches). These events happen monthly across locations, and they’re available to All Access members. All you have to do is browse upcoming events (for any location) through the WeWork app.

This matters because on paper, a coworking membership may feel transactional: you book a space, you work, you leave. In practice, community turns the experience into something richer. Introductions from community managers and the simple routine of sharing a space with other professionals contribute to a sense of connection that’s hard to replicate working from home — or from anywhere else, for that matter.

Regardless of whether you’re an All Access Basic or Plus member, every WeWork location includes the same all-inclusive amenities:

Meeting rooms and private offices can be booked with your monthly credits. If you need additional credits beyond what your plan includes, they’re billed to your account.

WeWork All Access doesn’t lock you into a minimum commitment structure. You can start with a month-to-month membership and cancel anytime, or choose a 3-, 6-, or 12-month plan to lower the monthly cost. The longer the commitment, the more you save — up to 15% on a 12-month plan. 

Once your commitment term ends, your membership continues on a month-to-month basis, so you’re free to cancel or adjust without starting over. It’s a useful setup if you want to test the membership at full flexibility first, then lock in a longer term once you know it fits your routine.
