Enhanced cleaning services

In addition to WeWork’s normal cleaning routine, we are cleaning ‘high-touch’ surfaces and ‘high-traffic’ areas every two hours during working hours to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

Hands-free dispensers

Both hands-free wipe dispensers and hand sanitiser dispensers will be conveniently located throughout common spaces and toilets for all members.

Enhanced HVAC standards

We’re working to provide cleaner, filtered air circulation throughout our spaces. All of our enhanced HVAC standards align with health organisations’ recommendations and ASHRAE best practices.

Parking

Life’s too short to circle the block looking for a spot. Commute like a pro thanks to a vehicular home-away-from-home. Prices and rates vary by location.

Service dogs permitted

Until further notice, WeWork will permit only those service and/or emotional support animals in its spaces as required by applicable law.

Outdoor space

From balconies to rooftops, our al fresco spaces offer landscaped environments for coffee, yoga, lunch or one-on-ones.

Event space

With a sound system and lighting controls, lounges can be converted for members’ meet-ups. Member-sponsored events are permitted where local law allows and in accordance with capacity measures. Overall, we are continuing to host virtual events to maintain connection across our community.

Barista

Where we can safely do so, we're keeping barista bars open with enhanced cleaning and distancing guidelines in place. High-touch surfaces will be cleaned every 2 hours, and single-use items will be readily available for members, in addition to hands-free sanitiser and wipe dispensers.

Fitness centre

If working out helps get the work done, context-shift seamlessly with a gym right in the building or development.

Recreational games

Sometimes the only way to be productive is to take a break and let yourself play.

Electric vehicle charging stations

You've got the environment covered so we've got you covered; just plug your car into our electric vehicle charging stations to charge while you work.

High-speed Wi-Fi

Hook yourself up to hard-wired Ethernet or secure Wi-Fi, including IT support and guest log-in functionality.

Meeting rooms

We’ve decreased capacity, removed chairs and identified ‘safe to occupy’ seats where applicable. New meeting room capacities are reflected on the member app. Signage at the door and on the table reiterates how to sit safely in the room.

Onsite staff

With years of operational expertise and service-focused backgrounds, our workplace team is here 9a.m.-5p.m., Mon-Fri, to provide everything you need to keep your office running smoothly. To ensure the safety of our spaces, WeWork Community team employees and daily vendors will be temperature checked before the start of their shift, and wear face coverings in our spaces, and while interacting with members.

Unique common areas

To meet new professional distance protocols, we’ve de-densified common spaces by removing seats or identifying 'safe to occupy' seats in our lounges and pantries. Both wipe dispensers and hand sanitiser dispensers will be conveniently located throughout common spaces for all members.

Phone booths

Built as quiet spaces for quick phone calls, we’re making our phone booths safer and more comfortable. Phone booths will be cleaned and disinfected every 2 hours, and doors will be left open for easy air circulation. Complimentary hands-free sanitiser and disinfectant wipe dispensers will be provided by each phone booth for members to use.

Stocked kitchens

Single-use items will be readily available as alternatives to the standard, reusable items. Cutlery, cups, condiments and dairy products will be handled and replenished by staff wearing both gloves and face coverings. Complimentary disposable gloves, hands-free sanitiser and disinfectant wipe dispensers will be provided for members. High-touch surfaces will also be cleaned every 2 hours.

Business-class printers

Every floor has its own space stocked with a business-class printer, office supplies and a paper shredder.

Professional & social events

Member-sponsored events are permitted where local law allows and in accordance with capacity measures. Overall, we are continuing to host virtual events to maintain connection across our community.
