I have been working at WeWork Lex/45th for many years and its been a terrific experience. The staff are fantastic. Besides being great people - kind, smart, intuitive, helpful, funny - they keep the engine of our WeWork going. Whenever even the most minor issue arises, the staff leap into action quickly. The maintenance staff keep everything super clean, organized and stocked. Even when I am not in the mood to go to work, I look forward to coming to the office. In addition, my clients who come to the office frequently, love coming to visit me and always comment on the cleanliness of the office and the helpfulness of the staff.

There needs to be more garbage cans in each area. It is difficult to carry garbage to the front all of the time. I think this would improve a lot of patron's experiences.

Spacious we work with lots of soft space that isn’t overcrowded, and they don’t make the temperature too hot like some other places. Going to start coming regularly

I needed a last minute workspace and ran over to this WeWork location on Lexington Ave. Omar was extremely helpful in setting up and account with me, as well as making sure I logged into my meeting on time. Thank you so much for your help Omar!!! Will be back to this location next time I am in the city.

To this All-Access user, one of the best locations in Manhattan. Pros: ample community spaces - more than a lot of locations, with practical touches like big tables wired with power cords. Plenty of phone booths, with lighting that isn’t exactly flattering, but does not make you look like a serial killer either. Calm decor. WeWork didn’t lean too hard into a theme on this one. Yes it’s quirky and “WeWork” but there are no neon pizza squirrels. Location is has great access to a lot of subway lines/food options, and who doesn’t have a better day after walking through Grand Central? Cons: neighborhood is practical, but not a lot of fun. Also there is a pinball machine (YES!) but the left flipper is sticky (Nooooo.)
