COMMISSION
Earn commission on net new business member fees: 10% for months 1-12, 5% for months 13-24, and 2.5% for months 25-36. Fees for net new business are capped at 36 months and payment cadence is one combined fee, paid upfront.

†For membership agreements with a commitment term, the total Fees owed to Broker shall be capped at the Fee amount due for the first three (3) years of the applicable membership agreement, including Renewals and periods after an early termination option. Capitalised terms have the meaning set out in the WeWork Broker Partnership Programme Terms of Service.
