Select WeWork locations offer access during extended hours, from 6:00am to 11:59pm. For those that do not, you can book workspace from Monday through Friday during the business hours of each location. To view the business hours of a specific location, navigate to the Building Guide on the WeWork app and select “Building Information.”

Yes. Once you have picked up and activated your keycard, your WeWork All Access membership allows you to book a workspace on weekends in select locations that offer access during extended hours, from 6:00am to 11:59pm. Note that certain amenities are only offered during business hours.

Note that certain amenities are only offered during business hours.

Everything happens in the WeWork app. Simply search for a location, select your workspace type, and book. We recommend booking 30 minutes in advance to ensure your desk is ready.

You can work from hot desks, phone booths, lounges, and pantries. You have the ability to book meeting rooms by the hour and private offices by the day using credits at select locations based on your WeWork All Access membership plan. If it’s your first time in a building, check in with the Community team at the front desk.

Credits are available based on your WeWork All Access membership plan as set forth in your membership agreement. Credits refresh on the first of every month. Unused credits will not roll over into the next month. You are welcome to make additional bookings over your included credits, and the charges for these bookings will be added to your next month’s invoice. Each month, you’ll receive credits to book private offices for the day or meeting rooms by the hour. If you run out, you can purchase bundles.

Yes, if you book a meeting room, your guests are welcome for that duration. For general hot desk access, guests will need their own WeWork All Access membership or a Day Pass.

After you purchase your WeWork All Access membership, you can use the WeWork app or Member Web to book a coworking space, meeting room, or private office during business hours when the Community team is on-site. Upon arriving for your first visit, you will need to provide a government-issued ID to verify your identity, after which our Community team will issue you your keycard. We will only issue your keycard if the WeWork you book is a) within the same country as your primary location, or b) if you provide a government-issued ID (or other documentation such as but not limited to an employment letter, a business incorporation, a flight booking) associated with the country your primary location is in. We provide the essentials so you can focus on output: high-speed Wi-Fi, unlimited coffee and tea, private phone booths, and onsite support teams.

Mail and package handling is not included with WeWork All Access. To purchase our mail and packaging add-on, visit WeWork Business Address. Please note, WeWork Business Address is only available in the United States and Canada.
