Humming with technological innovation, WeWork’s coworking space in Downtown Bellevue holds undeniable appeal for growing businesses and independent entrepreneurs alike. Intelligently designed workspaces, beautiful private offices, and generous conference rooms span two floors. —not to mention a pet friendly policy that’s perfect for the canine inclined. Commuting is simple with paid underground parking available in the Bellevue Place parking garage which is connected underground with the Hyatt Regency. We are located on the corner of 8th and Bellevue Way NE with retail stores on our first floor such as: Yardbird, Avocado and Joey's restaurant. Parking garage access can be found off of 10th street and another entrance on 8th street, between Bellevue Place and Chase Bank. After work, explore the surrounding neighborhood that offers an idyllic mix of lush outdoor spaces, retail shops, and enticing restaurants and bars to suit every occasion.

Great location in downtown with plenty of parking in the parking garage. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants makes for a nice little lunch break. This WeWork is always clean and has a great modern design. The staff is friendly and I love the little events they do, like happy hour on Thursdays or the occasional fun breakfast options. Also Ricky is the best!!! He brings so much joy, everyone around here loves him :) Highly recommend this WeWork!

WeWork at Bellevue Place is fantastic. The staff are always welcoming and helpful, creating a great work environment. The location is ideal—surrounded by restaurants, secure parking, and the convenience of downtown Bellevue’s shops and parks, all within walking distance. Highly recommend!
