You’ll find all that, plus a ton of amenities and services in our LoDo shared office. The ski lodge-inspired design adds to the friendly vibe, as does the fact that lots of members bring their dogs to work. Our main common space, inspired by German beer gardens, is made to feel like an inviting and warm retreat from the crisp outdoors. Printing, high-speed internet—we’ve got all the workspace essentials. But we go even further, raising the bar with custom murals, a community bar, and a gorgeous internal connecting stair that promotes exploration and collaboration. WeWork LoDo has been home base for us since late 2016, which says a lot because we do not stay anywhere that does not pull its weight. We run both our family office and our Colorado based creative web development and marketing business out of this location, and it has consistently delivered. The environment is professional without being stuffy, the staff is sharp, responsive, and genuinely helpful, and the accommodations make it easy to host clients, collaborate with teams, or buckle down and get real work done. The space strikes a rare balance, polished enough for serious business, flexible enough for creative work, and the rent has remained very reasonable for the value, especially given the LoDo location. If you want an office that feels credible, functional, and not inflated with nonsense, WeWork LoDo gets it right.

I love this place! The staff is so friendly and beyond accommodating, and the overall environment is really chic yet comfortable. They always have lots of phone booths available, and great snacks. Also, the happy hour on Thursdays is the best! Thanks so much for all that you do!
