WeWork LoDo has been home base for us since late 2016, which says a lot because we do not stay anywhere that does not pull its weight. We run both our family office and our Colorado based creative web development and marketing business out of this location, and it has consistently delivered. The environment is professional without being stuffy, the staff is sharp, responsive, and genuinely helpful, and the accommodations make it easy to host clients, collaborate with teams, or buckle down and get real work done. The space strikes a rare balance, polished enough for serious business, flexible enough for creative work, and the rent has remained very reasonable for the value, especially given the LoDo location. If you want an office that feels credible, functional, and not inflated with nonsense, WeWork LoDo gets it right.
