Beautiful 2 story office on the 2nd floor of a luxury office building in the heart of Downtown Summerlin! Multiple open parking spaces nearby, some with shade from good sized trees in the parking lot.
Entering on ground level, walk to the elevators and go to the 2nd floor. WeWork has a check in desk with an attendant who helps give directions, as the office is huge! My event was upstairs in a conference room, that held about 20 people.
When we were done, I came back downstairs and used the restrooms, which are very clean and spacious. They also have women’s feminine products, should someone need them.
The interior is light, bright, and has lots seating, including booths and tables.

Great place to work, meet, or spend productive time. Clean environment, modern setup, and a professional atmosphere. The space feels comfortable and inspiring, whether you’re working solo or meeting with others. Definitely a good option if you need office or coworking space while in the area.

I’m in this WeWork pretty regularly for work and honestly the staff here makes such a huge difference in the vibe of the office. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, the space is always clean, and it somehow manages to feel professional without feeling stiff or overly corporate lol.
Also wanna specifically shout out Cierra because I feel like we’ve been seeing her around more recently and she has brought SO much fun energy into the space. She’s incredibly helpful, remembers people, checks in on members, and genuinely seems to care about making the office feel welcoming instead of just “a place where people work.” The events she’s been putting on have also been really cute and actually get people interacting instead of everyone silently hiding behind laptops all day 😂 we love it!!!
You can definitely tell when someone enjoys what they do, and that energy spreads fast in a coworking space. Big fan of this location and the team here.

I’ve had my office space at this location here since April 2024. From the first encounter, Savannah has been helpful, friendly and resourceful through and through. She always look cool, calm and collected. She helped me through the move in process, and any issues I may have had. I even referred a friend here and he’s moved to this location already. The ambience of this space keeps me productive in my Systems Integration Consultant business. The other person who’s working hard is Teresa. Even with a broken dishwasher on the 3rd floor, she’s had to make it work. Please replace it soon so she doesn’t have to keep going up and down.
Justin and Rayna are the rest of the team members who keep this place going!

I have been a Wework member since May, 2025. In July, I had a challenge with my account and billing. I notified Savannah, one of the Wework front desk personnel of my issue. She knew immediately what to do and worked with me and the Wework admin team to correct the situation, which had some complications to it.
Savannah took the time to listen, ask the right questions, and stay on top of the resolution process until it was worked out to my satisfaction. I am so grateful that Savannah is part of the Summerlin Wework team.
The entire team deserves kudos for their professionalism and personalized approach. The particular challenge that Savannah took charge of gave me confidence in knowing I had made the right choice in choosing Wework Summerlin for my professional office space and service I offer to my clients.

Love the atmosphere of this place. Rayna and Savannah do a wonderful job of keeping things fresh with new furniture or by rearranging furniture. The community board is always engaging and fun to interact with and Rayna made a BIG difference in the wellness room with a few small additions.

My company has had an office here for 3 years. It is located right across downtown Summer and Whole Foods. It makes it so convenient when grabbing a quick lunch solo or going for a team lunch. I also appreciate it being so close to Costco so I can easily fill up my gas tank before or after work. We have had offices on the second and third floor. Both have been great experiences and the transitions between rooms was seamless. I love that wework allows you to scan in at any point of the day. Our company starts at 6am so this building allows us to arrive on time without having to wait for the staff to arrive. The art and decorations are so trendy and cute. There is plenty of seating spaces in the open areas. There are open private booths near the kitchen area and tables laid out across the stairs. I have to take virtual interviews so I opt to use the silent booths. There are some located on the third and second floor! If one floor is packed I walk down to the other and there will be spots open. I love the events they have started to plan in the office. There is a calendar you can access online to see upcoming events-those calendars are also printed and posted across so many different wework doors in the building as a reminder. Savannah is always so great at helping with anything that is needed for our company. She also hosted a book club! It was such a fun time getting to discuss literature with her and others in the building who signed up for it. Q has started a social event gathering for wework members once a month and that’s been a great way to build community with others I pass on the office on a daily basis. Lastly, Justin is always so present and amicable when I approach him at the front desk. I have really appreciated the community feel Savannah, Q, and Justin have created. To top it off facilities are constantly kept in a clean and very sanitary state.
