Super welcoming community managers, and stunning views of River North. Sherry and Jaida were great at showing me around when I first got there. They helped me get set up with WiFi and showed me the unlimited kombucha and cafe. There’s a lot of space in the common area, and booths if you need them. This is perfect to work by yourself or to invite colleagues.

I've been a tenant since 2022, and I have nothing but good words. Devin Dyer, Jaida Imani, and Sherry Chen have been providing amazing experiences such as organizing well-thought social events, safety measures like regular fire drills, and keeping my packages secured. Highly recommend this coworking space, and the community leads.

This was my first WeWork experience. Really awesome spot! Loved it. Excellent views, nice quality and comfortable furniture. Good Wi-Fi, feee coffee and water. Great time highly recommended

Long time WeWork tenant and have generally had great experiences. All of this went out the window recently. For some context, we have spent thousands of dollars per month on WeWork all access memberships and dedicated spaces across multiple states over the last several years. Most recently, we entered in to an agreement for a space at this location on a 6 month term that expired several months ago. Wework is alleging that because we did not provide notice of termination 3 months prior to the end of the service agreement, we are now on the hook for 3 additional months of rent at a rate that was and is significantly higher than the rate we agreed to for the stated term of our agreement. Treating a long-time customer that has spent tens of thousands of dollars this way is unconscionable to me as an owner of a service business. I will never initiate another agreement with Wework of any kind and would strongly encourage everyone reading this to consider the many alternative and readily available providers who believe in the value of customer service.
