WeWork occupies the entire third and fourth floors of 200 Spectrum Center, a 20-story glass tower built in 2016, easily recognizable by its Mediterranean palm-lined entryway and the outdoor patio making the most of Southern California sunshine. Custom artwork inspired by Wes Anderson's The Grand Budapest Hotel turns up throughout the workspace, giving it a distinct, playful personality you won't find in a standard office tower. Among the amenities, a wellbeing and meditation room offers a quiet counterpoint to the day's pace. Members also have a dedicated parent's room, an event space for larger gatherings, and car-charging stations for convenience.

Love this WeWork location! The team (Colin, Ashley, Dielle, and Wil) are always so helpful, and the space and amenities are amazing. It’s also across the street from the Irvine Spectrum, so very convenient for lunch and shopping.

Such a beautiful building to work out of. The staff is always so helpful and always highlight community programs to get involved with. The decor and vibes are a nice lil bonus! Definitely one of my favorite building to work out of in the OC!
