The space is nice and on par to other WeWork locations but the 5 stars goes to Tamara. She was so helpful and accommodating. Great staff like her will be why people keep returning to this location.

My favorite of the WeWorks in Nashville so far. Several booths make for semi-private nooks. Plants everywhere bring life to the space also. And the large, partially cover balcony is a great spot on nice days. It's on the 10th floor, so less road noise and no foot traffic. Overall a great energy for a workplace.

The space is nice and there’s even a nice outdoor space but it’s starting to get a bit crowded in the common areas. They should be a little more strict about the number of people who can book day passes

Impossible to cancel membership. Multiple calls to main help line and local location… 4 months later still charging me. There is no way to simply cancel on the website. It’s like one of those gym memberships you can’t get out of. Update: after this email they still charged again for January. You responded to this review saying to reach out for help and I did MULTIPLE times. This is the help I received what a joke. Probably why one of your branches in nashville closed. The absolute most infuriating customer service I’ve encountered. I will go ahead and leave this review at every we work location to let people know what they are signing up for…
