I came to WeWork due to the great marketing put out by the company. After touring two locations and being told I would have a LAN line at my desk, I decided to make the move and get a desk at the DUMBO location. After moving in I was notified that I would not be able to have a dedicated LAN line unless I spent an extra $100 a month for a desk in an office. This was the first bait and switch tactic I experienced here. Now that this is effecting my work I need to leave WeWork. I posted notice that this won't work for me on Sept 6 after returning from a work trip and they notified me that it MUST be a one calendar month notice. This company is willing to prorate your starting month but not ending month. This tactic shows that they are money hungry and attempting to extract every dollar out of you as possible. It must be because if they did business honestly, they wouldn't make a profit.
