We hosted our yearly townhall here and it was a really solid experience. The space was clean, well set up, and had good energy for our group. What stood out most was the staff. We had a few unique requests for how we wanted things arranged and they were all over it. No pushback, no hassle, just a genuine willingness to help make it work. They were friendly and easy to deal with the entire time. Would definitely consider this spot again for future events. They're also dog-friendly which allowed our Chief Happiness Officer to wag along with us.

I've been at WeWork 240 Richmond for a couple of months, and it's my favorite WeWork location in downtown Toronto. The ground floor is such a nice and cozy place for personal work, with plenty of meeting rooms and a meditation room for quiet time. A big thank you to all the staff, Ralph, Nicole, Michelle, and the cleaning team, for their effort in keeping the space welcoming and comfortable. Especially Ralph who went above and beyond with his genuine kindness and willingness to help. Really appreciate it! 🤍
