Been working out of WeWork at 240 Richmond for a bit now and honestly it’s a solid spot. The space is clean, modern, and has a great vibe without being too loud or distracting, plus the WiFi is fast, the coffee’s good, and there are plenty of areas to work or take meetings. The location is super convenient downtown too. Huge shoutout to the WeWork team, Nicole is always super helpful whenever I have questions, Ralph puts on some of the best events, and Akra is always fun to talk to. They really make the space feel welcoming and community-driven. Overall, definitely one of the better coworking spots downtown.

This is the second wework office I've worked out of and hands down the best. The events are great, there's always something going on and the staff is incredibly friendly! Makes in-office days much better!

We hosted our yearly townhall here and it was a really solid experience. The space was clean, well set up, and had good energy for our group. What stood out most was the staff. We had a few unique requests for how we wanted things arranged and they were all over it. No pushback, no hassle, just a genuine willingness to help make it work. They were friendly and easy to deal with the entire time. Would definitely consider this spot again for future events. They're also dog-friendly which allowed our Chief Happiness Officer to wag along with us.
