What business addresses can I choose from?

You can currently pick from 10 WeWork locations across New York City during the membership sign-up process. The full list can be found here. More buildings and markets coming soon!

When can I start using my new business address?

Your membership and new business address can be used instantly as long as you have an active membership.

How do I pick up my mail and packages?

You will receive an email every time a new package arrives at your chosen New York City business address. Simply visit the Community Team on site during business hours 6-9 and present valid photo I.D. (passport or driver’s license) to pick up your mail and packages. You won’t receive notifications for new letter mail, but feel free to talk to your Community Team on site to see if you have mail waiting for you. The receiving name on mail and packages must match your company name or active member name; individuals will not be able to pick up mail/packages on your behalf.

How long does the discounted price of $99 per month last?

This is the introductory price for the first three months. Prices are subject to increase after this time period.

Can I work out of my WeWork Virtual Office by myself or with guests?

No, as of now this is a virtual-only membership. In the future, you will have the ability to book workspace and conference rooms at your selected buildings.

Do I need to live in New York to sign up for a New York City virtual office?

No, you do not need to be a New York resident to sign up for a New York City virtual office.

Do mail and package services include outbound forwarding to another address upon request?

Mail and package services include inbound receiving only at this time. We are unable to forward mail/packages from your New York City business address and you will be required to pick them up in person.
