400 Spectrum Center is a LEED Gold tower completed in 2017, with WeWork occupying two of its 21 floors and column-free floor plates that open up unobstructed, panoramic views of Orange County. Light-filled lounges set an easy tone for the day, well-equipped conference rooms handle client calls and team check-ins, while private offices give focus its own space. A podcast booth adds a distinctive touch you won't find in many office spaces. I had a great experience working from this WeWork location. The atmosphere is welcoming, the workspace is well maintained, and it’s a great environment to be productive. The community events throughout the month were always engaging and added to the overall experience. A special shoutout to Liz and Alyssa - they are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly go above and beyond to make everyone feel supported. Their customer-focused approach and positive attitude make this location stand out. I highly recommend this WeWork to anyone looking for a great place to work.

This WeWork has very spacious offices and co-working spaces where you can feel both productive and comfortable. All spaces are clean and the staff is very friendly, attentive, and open to helping you when you need it. They oftentimes have appreciation days and holiday fun in the lobby where they serve snacks, drinks, and meals for everyone in the space.

My office loved working at 400 Spectrum these past 2 years. The location across the street from the Irvine Spectrum provided multiple lunch options at all different price points. At WeWork, we were able to expand our office space as we were growing, and booking various conference rooms was very useful to our team. Alyssa, Liz and the staff coordinated fun and meaningful events weekly, and our employees looked forward to going to work because of these additional events. They were always willing to help out with any questions or needs we had. We will miss them! Thank you so much for a great work experience!

The best WeWork space I have been to. To start things off, the view is incredible! Sweeping panoramic of Orange County and Saddleback Mountain, hard to beat. The staff here is great as well. So far I've met Alyssa, Dielle, and Liz. They have all been super helpful and welcoming. They do happy hour every Thursday too which presents some great networking opportunities.

I love working at WeWork. . The ladies- Alyssa, Dielle, and Liz at 400 building at Irvine are awesome! Very approachable and helpful when we need something. Friendly environment, you get to meet people from other companies too, so you get the opportunity to network. But even then, the place such a perfect environment for working and/or studying. The conference rooms are really cool too, very clean and presentable. Plus the coffee!!!!!!

I've had an office with WeWork for 5 years now and they have been great to work with. Their office spaces are clean, modern and comfortable. There is always a quiet place to work. I can sit in my office or hang out in the shared spaces. Everyone there is friendly and a good mood.
