The front desk staff are incredible at this location, and the whole space is great. We've only worked here a few days, but the space is very clean and the internet is very fast. I wanted to book a private space but they have pictures of paintings instead of pictures of the rooms, so I have no idea what my money is going towards. I tried calling the office so i could get information on the rooms, but the number offers to let me talk to their global representatives, a sales agent or “other inquiries. When i hit “other inquiries, it takes me back the the original menu asking if i want to talk to a global representative, sales agent, or other inquiries. What the heck? 1 star for awful customer support. Why would you post pictures of paintings instead of the actual rooms?? Especially if a room costs 80/hr.
