My company has had an office here for 3 years. It is located right across downtown Summer and Whole Foods. It makes it so convenient when grabbing a quick lunch solo or going for a team lunch. I also appreciate it being so close to Costco so I can easily fill up my gas tank before or after work. We have had offices on the second and third floor. Both have been great experiences and the transitions between rooms was seamless. I love that wework allows you to scan in at any point of the day. Our company starts at 6am so this building allows us to arrive on time without having to wait for the staff to arrive. The art and decorations are so trendy and cute. There is plenty of seating spaces in the open areas. There are open private booths near the kitchen area and tables laid out across the stairs. I have to take virtual interviews so I opt to use the silent booths. There are some located on the third and second floor! If one floor is packed I walk down to the other and there will be spots open. I love the events they have started to plan in the office. There is a calendar you can access online to see upcoming events-those calendars are also printed and posted across so many different wework doors in the building as a reminder. Savannah is always so great at helping with anything that is needed for our company. She also hosted a book club! It was such a fun time getting to discuss literature with her and others in the building who signed up for it. Q has started a social event gathering for wework members once a month and that’s been a great way to build community with others I pass on the office on a daily basis. Lastly, Justin is always so present and amicable when I approach him at the front desk. I have really appreciated the community feel Savannah, Q, and Justin have created. To top it off facilities are constantly kept in a clean and very sanitary state.

Friendly front desk staff. Lots of different booths to work in, including private booths for conference calls. Nice kitchen area. Clean.

We've been here for years, and love it! Great environment, great amenities, and Savannah and the community team are always available should you need anything. We feel very much taken care of here, which helps promote a great working environment.

WeWork is a great place to work. It's always quiet and clean, which makes it easy to get things done. I've been working here for 2 years, and the staff - Savannah and Justin - are friendly and helpful. They really care about making everyone comfortable. If you're looking for a place to work, you can't go wrong here.

Amazing Staff!! Kind and very helpful. The front desk! Sarah with common area always goes above and beyond. We love Savannah with a passion. Her energy is so welcoming and she always says Hi, so I enjoy seeing her face every time I pass through. Keep up the great work!!

I would rate our experience here a 10000/10. It’s been a wonderful experience, everyone here has been very welcoming, attentive, and down to earth. Not only have I enjoyed the company of all your team that you have over seeing the front desk, but everyone here in the office has complimented their interactions with them as well.
Side note the only people that can be a little difficult to deal with at times is some of the tenants. But I mean its what you sign up for when you are leasing anywhere where's there's multiple businesses in a building.

Savannah and Justin make this office space feel like home. Clean, welcoming, professional, modern offices located in a super convenient location with ample parking. Amenities are always well-maintained and stocked with everything you need.

I've had an office here at WeWork Summerlin location for over 2 years now and absolutely LOVE It. Here are 5 reasons why I will keep my business here:
1. Friendly Staff - Staff is always welcoming and happy to help with anything I need!
2. Mail Service - All my work and personal packages get delivered here, it's a great option as it's always safe and secure
3. Cold Brew Coffee - Seriously! WeWork has their own cold crew on tap and it's simply amazing! Drink it every day
4. Amazing Environment - Whether you drop in and use the community desks or have a dedicated office. WeWork is a great atmosphere to get work done! Also has podcast recording studio and meeting rooms which are amazing!
5. Fun Community Events - 4-5 times a month there are events at the office with free foods, drinks, holiday themed events, etc...makes it a lot of fun
Overall, can't say enough good things about this place! If you are looking for office space in Summerlin! This is THE place to be!

What a refreshing space! Coming to work at WeWork even just the one time a week makes such a difference in my ability to get $hit done! Fresh coffee, seltzer, kombucha, tea, fridges for lunch and snack storage…add invincible WiFi and great views of Red Rock (I’m talking about the canyon but the Casino as well) …so much better than the traditional four walls of an office space and a much needed reprieve from the WFH distractions (never ending dishes, laundry, etc). The staff is kind, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I’m slowly discovering all the amenities and today I just may check out the meditation space

I love this concept for rental business spaces. If I didn’t have such a spectacular office and desk available to me I would rent space here. There are many styles & sizes of offices to choose from. The one I visited is in the outdoor mall on S. Las Vegas Blvd upstairs in a huge building. It offers a large communal space with separate areas to congregate, relax, have lunch, entertain clients & more. From Comfy couches to tables & chairs. Food service, coffee bar
