1-3 Gerhofstrasse offers five floors of flexible workspace, designed for businesses of all sizes.

The first floor is the centre of gravity, offering a shared community hub with a large pantry and barista. There are also bookable hot desks alongside private offices and bookable meeting rooms.

The second, third and fourth floors offer a series of private offices, and the fifth floor is designed for a single member with the benefit of two outside terrace areas.

Gerhofstrasse 1-3 enjoys the perks of being surrounded by the Neuer Wall, the city’s famed centre for luxury shopping, as well as countless cafes, restaurants, theatres and lakefront dining.

The building is also superbly connected, under a 10 min walk to three stations - Gänsemarkt U-Bahn, Jungfernstieg U-Bahn and Hamburgs main station. All provide easy reach to central Hamburg as well as the city’s suburbs.

I’ve been living in Hamburg for over a year and needed a dedicated office space. After calling around, WeWork was clearly the most organized. I actually showed up without an appointment, and they still gave me a full tour, showed me available offices, and told me to expect a follow-up email. Within 24 hours, I finalized everything via email with an agent — super smooth process. I'm currently on the second floor in a small private office (around 1.5 x 3 meters), which is what I expected. As an American who works long hours — often 15+ hours a day, sometimes late into the night when the building is completely empty — I’ve never had any issues. The staff is great, everyone’s friendly, and most people speak English. It’s also quiet, and no one disturbs you unless you initiate conversation, which is perfect for staying focused. What I love most is the central location, unlimited coffee, fast internet, easy printing access, and the option to step into the main lobby for a quick dose of social interaction when needed. For €620/month, I feel it’s well worth it. If I ever come back to Hamburg, this will be my go-to office space again. Huge thanks to WeWork for making it easy to run my business here.

Ich war gestern das erste Mal in den Räumlichkeiten von WeWork in der Gerhoftstraße. Freundliches Personal, schön eingerichtete Businessflächen mit ausreichend Platz zum Arbeiten und ein insgesamt sehr angenehmes Publikum. Ich komme gerne wieder.

The best co-working space in Hamburg! The team on-site is very attentive and welcoming. Phone booths and conference rooms are modern and of high standards.
