This place is extremely luxurious and for a great price too. It has free coffee, tea and Kombucha. Also a great gym that is a bonus. The building is open for use 24 hours if you're renting a space there.

Great spot with beautiful views, friendly staff and fun vibes. Current discount of $200/month for All Access makes it a no brainer on expenses saved on lattes, drip, cold brew, and kombucha.

A satisfactory co-working space; although, I’m not sure why WeWork prices listed are dramatically higher than other co-working spaces in the downtown area since they are not offering dramatically higher amenities, architectural aesthetic, or “vibe”.
A large majority of the rentable workspaces/rooms were empty when I visited in May 2021, which lead to an eerie and unsettling vibe. For example, most of the people I’ve seen here were employees and most of the lights were off. Hopefully this lack of traffic changes once the current “situation” subsides since it seems WeWork is renting a decently large and expensive amount square footage in this building.
Some of the unique amenities this location has is kombucha and cold-brew coffee on tap, and excellent views of downtown. So if you’re into this, you might like visiting here.
Otherwise, monthly and “on demand” pricing for desks, workspaces, and conference rooms seem a bit high for what they’re offering, especially when comparing to other comparable co-working and rentable office spaces. Furthermore, a lot of teams/companies who would consider renting Class A office space like this discovered this past 1.5 years is that most people are comfortable working from home.
Final thoughts: If you and/or your company is comfortable spending the extra amount of office funds for the kombucha on tap and the “WeWork Vibe”, I recommend this location for you.
