Even if you have a hot desk membership, there are a lot of spaces to spread out, since they're on a few of the floors. They also have access to the roof deck during summer! That said, the phone booths are really frustrating if you're a bigger person or use a mobility device; would really be better to have small, one-person conference rooms for the sake of accessibility. If you require an accessible bathroom, you may also have to wait for an elevator and go to a different floor, since there are only accessible bathrooms on two of the floors. And, as always: it's more expensive than it probably should be.

Many of the tenats are horribly rude and inconsiderate. They seem to have continual problems understanding the need to flush toilets after using them, and using conference rooms or phone booths when having meetings, taking calls, or video chats. Combine that bad behavior with WeWork's notorious poorly-insulated walls and offices, and cheap furnishings, makes for a really unpleasant experience. I suppose it's too much these days to ask for basic courtesy 101. And the unfortunately the staff seems unwilling or unable to intervene. (Photo is of signs posted at a different Portland WeWork site that seems to take it more seriously.)
