Just finished a two-day deep dive meeting with a new client for which I wanted the right balance vibe of playful and professional; creative and committed. Though I hadn't been to the latest wework location, I knew I could count on a stellar experience and was again delighted by every attentive detail. From the welcoming team (Kyle, David, MaryKate - luv you already) to the on-tap kombucha and ready coloring books and games. I was so excited to visit the second day, and that's a tribute to the energy of the space. I once worked with Steve Jobs' facilities guy. And what I loved about his work, is that he created work spaces where teammates could find whatever they needed to rejuvenate at any time. WeWork has captured this notion with nooks, crannies, board games, refreshments, conversation-starting props, and privacy booths. I don't need meeting space often, and I don't often need to work outside of my comfy home office. But when I do - there's only one place I'd rather be. Terrific to now be able to pop in without ongoing membership for a day of wework vibing or the perfect place for my clients and me to be brilliant. Thanks to all who make this so.

Very nice place to rent for office space...spacious...fax...copying machines..office supplies, surrounding area with several restaurants..coffee shop..only downside is parking garage is very expensive 18$ a day or monthly parking...street parking is available( cheaper) meter... but has to be checked every couple of hrs

The space is visually appealing. The people are awesome. There are lots of fun activities. But the office space leaves a little to be desired. Mainly with regards to noise. The office space is very loud, with concrete floors and very few soft surfaces. All conversations travel throughout the work rooms. There are private offices, conference rooms, and even "private" phone booths, but all conversations can be heard outside those "private" spaces. Bottom Line: There is no space where a confidential conversation can take place. And no work space where you don't need noise-canceling headphones in order to work in peace. This is a daily complaint and topic of discussion amongst my own team members and other team members with whom we have daily contact. Prospective tenants be warned.
