Outcomes4Me Increases Footprint, Workforce in Boston with New WeWork Office

New WeWork space helps foster the digital health startup’s rapid growth and hybrid work arrangements

Boston, MA – October 13, 2022Outcomes4Me, the developer of an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven patient empowerment platform that helps cancer patients navigate their care and gain access to personalized treatment options, and WeWork (NYSE: WE), one of the leading global flexible space providers, today announced the recent opening of Outcomes4Me’s new workspace in Boston. In this deal, Outcomes4Me occupies a new private office at WeWork One Beacon Street, providing employees with access to flexible workspace that can accommodate 60 employees.

Outcomes4Me’s new WeWork office supports the digital health startup’s rapid growth and illustrates the benefits of WeWork’s flexible membership plans. The startup’s move to WeWork One Beacon Street followed a $12 million Series A fundraise that more than doubled its workforce, resulting in the company outgrowing its prior office at WeWork 33 Arch Street. WeWork’s turnkey space and flexible membership plans enabled Outcomes4Me to move into a larger space without the headaches of traditional real estate or interrupting their work.

“We’ve grown our employee base 6x in the last year following our Series A raise, and we needed to quickly move from a WeWork office with 30 desks to one that could accommodate 60. We ended up moving from one WeWork to another, just around the corner,” said Sami Shalabi, Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Outcomes4Me. “As an early-stage startup, we have a flexible workplace but also need adequate space for in-person collaboration. WeWork gives us the flexibility we need as we rapidly scale.”

With the ability to scale their footprint as their workforce evolves, Outcomes4Me is now equipped with a workspace primed to support innovation and in-person collaboration at any stage of the company’s growth. With views of downtown Boston, Outcomes4Me’s office features a variety of workspace solutions, including soft seating for groups to convene and dedicated desks for individual work, designed to help maximize collaboration and boost in-office productivity for their hybrid workforce. Outcomes4Me’s employees will also have access to WeWork’s common areas and shared amenities within the building, including stocked kitchens and networking events.

“We’re thrilled that WeWork’s flexibility helped support Outcomes4Me’s growth with a workspace that helps support its mission to empower cancer patients across the globe,” said Suzie Russell, Territory Vice President of Atlantic, WeWork. “It’s inspiring to see startups not only utilize our flexible space and memberships to grow, but also to make a positive impact on the world.”

Boston has emerged as a leading market for WeWork as startups, like Outcomes4Me, prioritize flexible workspace to support their expansion. Demand for access to flexible workspace has also been a growing trend in the city, supported by a 99% increase in WeWork All Access bookings and 227% increase in WeWork On Demand bookings in September when compared to January 2022.

WeWork provides a one-stop solution for companies looking to adapt their real estate portfolio and update their workplace strategy to help meet the dynamic needs of today. WeWork’s streamlined global space-as-a-solution platform reduces the complexity of traditional real estate, allowing companies to focus on what matters most: providing employees with the flexibility to support unique work schedules and location needs.
