When contacting WeWork, we are able to respond more timely to your request if you include any supporting documentation, the building address, and your WeWork Supplier and Building IDs.  We will respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible.

For any requests impacting next month’s payment cycle, we must receive those requests 10 days prior to the due date to ensure timely processing.
Any legal notices received into will require submission pursuant to the terms set forth in our lease.  These will not be officially accepted until received under the terms in the lease.
