Landlord Support and Key Contacts

WeWork values the importance of our partnership with you. To ensure that your questions and needs are addressed in a timely manner by our teams, see below for a list of key contacts, based on the type of support needed. 

When contacting WeWork: include any supporting documentation, the building address, and your WeWork Supplier and Building IDs, so we are able to respond more quickly to your request.  We will respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible.

Landlord Payments

For rent statement submission, remittance and payment enquiries, VAT/GST invoices, or to update your banking/contact information, please contact landlordpayments@wework.com.

Required VAT/GST-compliant invoices must include the following:

  • Clearly labelled as “INVOICE”
  • Your VAT/GST ID
  • Correct WeWork legal entity name and address
  • VAT rate and VAT amount on a separate line

Lease Management/Notices

Please send all legal notices pursuant to the terms of our lease. For legal notice enquiries, please contact legalnotices@wework.com.

Facilities/Operations

For questions relating to building operations, please contact your onsite Community Management team.

For any requests impacting next month’s payment cycle, we must receive those requests 10 days prior to the due date to ensure timely processing.
Any legal notices received into legalnotices@wework.com will require submission pursuant to the terms set forth in our lease.  These will not be officially accepted until received under the terms in the lease.
