Had a great visit to WeWork with Charise and Margaret! They were super welcoming and helped us get settled in our conference room. The office is spotless, and I love the free coffee/tea bar. Everyone was focused on their work, and the playlist in the background was pretty awesome.

This is a great WeWork location for office space - great light, very good sound insulation (missing in so many co-working spaces!), and it even has nice views. The shared areas are comfortable and well kept - so much so that folks in my office often come spend part of each day in the shared areas just to change up the atmosphere a little. The staff are incredible and a real asset, both the desk staff (Marge, Stephanie, Cherise, and Jade) and the cleaning staff. They are all friendly, helpful, responsive, and truly thoughtful, nice people. Which makes a real difference. I always feel comfortable, and comfortable asking for help if I need it.

This WeWork is so good. Easily top 2 WeWorks I've ever weworked in, and the staff - Stephanie, Marge, Cherise, Gary, Dana, Chuck, and Antoine - are super helpful and friendly.

This is a fantastic WeWork location. The new location is convenient, incredibly clean, and thoughtfully designed. The environment feels welcoming and energizing, making it a great place to work and collaborate. On top of that, the staff here is exceptional (easily my favorite crew of WeWork employees)! Friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in creating a great experience.

Wish it was clearer that this WeWork location makes you use credits for the phone booths. I really appreciate coworking spaces, but this makes it difficult since I have days where I'm on a lot of calls. If you are an all-access member, I would not recommend this space; might be a better experience if you have a private office within this location.

it’s a pity to see wework degradations: closing locations, increasing fees, decreasing amount of points you have, all booth are paid now, less space, more people :(

Not a usable All Access WeWork. Shared area is very limited (only 24th floor central area), with narrow desks in a very noisy location. There are no real desks, quiet areas, or office chairs available in All Access areas. There's (bad) music playing in the areas where we're supposed to work. God help you if there's a "social event" happening -- it's impossible to get any work done in that case. The common areas also have very limited natural light. If your work requires the ability to concentrate, this is not a usable location. WeWork seems to be purposefully driving out All Access members lately across NYC, with increased fees, lower included credits, fewer All Access lounges, and worse working conditions.
