WeWork Guest Guidelines

Welcome to WeWork! Whether you are here for a meeting or a social event or to visit one of our members or employees, we hope you enjoy your time here in our space. And to ensure that and the safety and enjoyment of our members, employees and other guests, we do expect you to comply with the following Guest Guidelines:

  • You are required to check-in at the front desk. You may be required to show a valid, government-issued photo ID and/or perform additional requirements according to our policies. Upon check-in, we will notify your host of your arrival. You will not be allowed into our space until your host has been properly notified.

  • You must be accompanied by a WeWork member or employee at all times.

  • You are only permitted to access the WeWork space during the meeting times scheduled by your host. This means that you are not permitted to use the common spaces after your scheduled meeting time has ended.

  • You are not permitted to use our phone booths. Phone booths are available to members only.

  • We ask that you act in a respectful manner in our space at all times and refrain from engaging in any activity that may be disruptive or dangerous to us, our members, guests and our/their property.

  • Please remember that our spaces are a place of work.  Even if you are here to attend a social event, please respect that people in our spaces are working.  Do not disturb the work, property or office space of our members, guests or employees.

  • Discrimination and harassment of any individual in our spaces are prohibited and will not be tolerated. This includes discrimination and harassment against an individual based on an individual’s gender, sexual orientation, marital or civil status, pregnancy (or pregnancy-related conditions), gender identity or expression, transgender status or gender reassignment, race, color, national origin or ancestry, citizenship, religion or religious beliefs, age, physical or mental disability, genetic information (including genetic testing and characteristics), military or veteran status, or any other grounds or characteristic protected under the law.

  • Weapons of any kind and any other offensive, dangerous, hazardous, inflammable or explosive materials are strictly prohibited.

  • We are happy to allow you to connect to our data network and access the Internet.  If you use our connection, you agree that your access is subject to our Data Connection and Internet Access Terms of Service.

  • You are responsible for your personal property at all times. WeWork will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

  • Alcoholic beverages may be made available in our spaces. You may not consume these beverages if you are not of the legal drinking age in the applicable jurisdiction. If you choose to consume alcohol (to the extent you are of the legal drinking age and alcohol is made available), you shall do so responsibly.

  • For the safety and security of the people and property in our spaces, we may, in our discretion, record certain public areas via video cameras.

  • Promotional photography and/or videography may occur in our spaces from time to time. By entering our spaces, you agree to your image, voice and/or likeness being included in film, video, audio and/or audiovisual recordings to be exploited in any and all media for any purpose, including for commercial or promotional purposes, at any time throughout the world without payment or compensation.

  • For any items provided to you by the WeWork community team for temporary use (e.g. a temporary keycard), you will be responsible for replacement fees should any such items be unreturned, lost, stolen or destroyed.

  • As a reminder, we collect, use, disclose and otherwise process your personal data in connection with your access to our spaces as a guest or visitor as described in our Guest and Visitor Privacy Policy.

We thank you for your cooperation. If we determine that you are a disturbance or otherwise acting in a manner contrary to any of these Guest Guidelines, we may ask you to leave immediately and we also reserve the right to restrict your access to our spaces in the future.
