My team has rented an office at Holyoke since April 2026. We have been happy here so far! We had a positive initial experience touring WeWork locations in Seattle with leasing manager Alice. She was very helpful throughout the process to find us a new office. Since we've been here, community managers Alex and Cesar have been very welcoming. My team is a big fan of the daily morning snacks. It has all the amenities we need and there are always phone booths and meeting rooms available when we need them. It's an ideal location for our employees coming to work via transit since it is close to the light rail, major bus stops and water taxi. Overall it's a great community for startups and small businesses.

We've been working here for almost a year, and I have nothing but good things to say! The Community Team does an amazing job and are always so helpful. The building and the amenities are great. Bonus points for being dog-friendly too

I've never worked in a wework before, and I'm afraid Alex and Cesar have set an impossible standard for any possible future offices to reach! The space itself is beautiful, but the best part of this building is the staff (and my great neighbors). They are attentive, helpful, and so very welcoming & kind. My husband and I actually call it my home away from home because it has that kind of warmth when you walk in. ☺️

We have been using this office since 2019 and have no plans to leave. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, frequently going above and beyond to help with unique situations. It's incredibly nice to have an office space where I know mail is secure, coffee is hot, and a cleaner is keeping our workspace tidy. It's extra special to also have a monthly calendar with little events to break up the month, wellness carts with treats, breakfast celebrations, small activities, etc. It's not overbearing but super nice to have.

We've been at this WeWork since 2019. It's by far the most unique and interesting WeWork in Seattle. Old building, brick walls, high ceilings. Much nicer feel than a more traditional high-rise office environment. Cool open basement area with games and couches to lounge. The WeWork staff is always incredible. They feel like they're members on our own team. Highly recommend if you need office space.

I have been a WeWork member nearly 10 years and visited many of the offices. The charm of this historic building has been preserved and the location is great. The coolness of the building is made even better by the community staff, particularly Cesar and Alex.

Alex is friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful - making me feel welcome and supported. Our company has had a wonderful experience having an office at the Holyoke WeWork building. The building itself is historic and lovely with great decor, amenities, and weekly events. The location is an ideal downtown spot with lots of lunch spots nearby as well as walkable to the waterfront. The staff is so friendly and helpful with anything at all that might come up. Especially Cesar, the Community Lead, with whom we have had the pleasure of working since moving into the building and always has gone above and beyond. Cesar and team are wonderful at fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that is as approachable as it is fun. Thank you all!
