The WeWork staff here are a big reason why this space is so great! Erika, Joji, and Gia do a phenomenal job of supporting the community at 1111 Broadway. In addition to leading the workplace with excellent culture, they frequently host events that are thoughtful, well planned, and a lot of fun. I am grateful that this space exists in Downtown Oakland.

I’ve been a 10+ year WeWork member and have been to many global locations. Gia and Ian and hands down one of the best community managers that makes WeWork a community rather than just a coworking space. This space is very airy, members are very collaborative and diverse. Love both the common area and the focus rooms. Very neurodivergent friendly. Even though this is a much further location for me compared to Berkeley wework, I’ve been coming here more often because of everything mentioned above. Also it’s literally just above a BART station and very close to Chinatown i.e great lunch options.

Erika, Joji, and Gia are wonderful. They make the experience the best. I've been at that location for four and a half years and have nothing but good things to say about them. They're always so helpful, friendly, and inclusive and try to make the experience as good as it can be for everybody.

This is the best WeWork location! Not only does it have all the WeWork goodies you know and love (plus a jigsaw puzzle for those much needed brain breaks), it has IMPECCABLE VIBES. The community members here are warm and friendly and I know that's because the community team (Joji, Gia and Erika) are so dang awesome. Not only do they throw down great events (Make your own grilled cheese panini with tomato soup? Yes please! And you know I love a trivia happy hour) but they are helpful and fun all the time. The. Best. WeWork.

I just became a member here and I have to say I had a really pleasant experience signing up and getting on boarded because Gia was so nice and lovely! It’s nice too start your morning coming to work and getting greeted by Such kind people!

I’ve been a member at 1111 Broadway for many years and continually to be impressed by the Community Team. Erika, Joji and most recently, Gia - keep the buildings running smoothly and the space alive with their energy. They make coming into the office all worth it! Give them all a raise.

Five stars. Excellent facility. Well equipped, SPOTLESS AND QUIET throughout the facility. People here actually use the phone booths for private conversations. Plenty of small office spaces AND desk spaces. This is a gem of a location; well managed and maintained.

Since the very first day I stepped in at the WeWork Offices I could breathe a welcoming, warm and friendly environment. Joji Solenga and Erika Marquez at the front desk are 100% willing to assist you in anything you could possibly need. They greet you in the morning with a peaceful smile and that makes your day. Moreover, I can not forget to mention the special events they host for all the members. They share every Monday “morning breakfast”, so you get choose from a different variety of bagels, toasts, cereal and milk according to the day. Besides, on Thursdays, they share this lovely moment to unwind and get a chance to converse and meet other members at WeWork. Every Thursday is different, you get snacks, drinks, and there are even Thursdays that you get to watch a movie, play Nintendo or participate in any kind of integration activity. It is a lot of fun. I have found a lot of respect among the WeWork community and I am more than happy to work in one of these offices. I highly recommend this place.
