I accidentally booked a private room at the wrong location. Arielle not only helped me find a spot in time for my video conference, she also canceled the other reservation for me. I was feeling tight on time and flustered after my blunder, but the staff took great care of me. Shout out to Erica as well! She was at the desk when I left and was very warm and helpful. Will be sure to add this location to the top of my list! Quick, friendly, and attentive staff. Thank you!

I have used WeWork DUMBO several times now for a few hours at a time. I've only used it to reserve an office space. The service that I receive from the workers at the front desk is absolutely exceptional. They are warm, and welcoming and are there to make your day go as smoothly as possible. I look forward to my time at WeWork DUMBO.

I have used the DUMBO, W. 14 and the SOHO locations. They are all very pleasant and organized places to work. The staff is always very helpful. Bathrooms and other common areas are well maintained. Their app for reserving desk spaces works great and they have places all over the city.

Such a cute workspace. I went there for a meeting last weekend and was so shocked at how cozy WeWork is. The couches, the kitchen with varieties of tea and milk to accommodate all tastes, and the fact that they had a Subway schedule by the elevators! I absolutely loved it.
