Been a member at WeWork Seymour for a while now, and it’s easily the best co-working space in downtown Vancouver. The location is super central, the vibe is always productive, and the space itself is modern, clean, and full of natural light. But what really sets this spot apart is the community team — shoutout to Sade, Yammy, and Vera. They’re warm, welcoming, and keep everything running smoothly. From organizing events to solving last-minute issues, they go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great place to work and connect with an awesome community.

Have been working from this WeWork location since November 2024 and it’s been a great experience so far. Sade and Yammy, who are usually at the front desk, are superstars in keeping the office a great place to work with their helpful, friendly and warm personalities.

A truly beautiful working environment. This place has amazing views of the mountains. The staff, Yammy and Sade, were really helpful and kind. I got to join in on their Pie day event, and folks were really happy to socialize over a piece of pie! The Kombucha and cold brew on tap were a great addition!

Gorgeous views of the water and mountains, a friendly community team, and conveniently located right across from Waterfront SkyTrain station. This is a great choice for anyone who's looking for a shared work environment in downtown Vancouver.

Want a location with easy access on Canada Line, SkyTrain/WC Express? This WeWork is a great location downtown with views of water, mountains and waterfront. Spacious lobby, good restaurants nearby and close to the water, the views are amazing here. The WeWork hosts and staff are on-the-ball and helpful. I've had meetings with a group of guests and found the spaces easy to work with.
