In Nogizaka, there were a few companies when I visited. The staff are super friendly. You can have free tea and coffee all day long and there is a "honesty market" which is similar concept to a hotel's mini-bar. You pick up anything you want to have and pay for it using either Pasmo/Suica (electronic card which is used for shopping and transportation in Japan) or using PayPay application. There are no cashiers involved.

In January 2019, the corporate value of $ 47 billion was determined to be $ 15 billion, or 30% of the IPO's initial public offering. In other words, it was a haribote unicorn. The Salt Bank Group has invested 10 billion dollars in this trillion yen, and incurred a loss of 700 billion yen in calculation.
