The common areas can get busy at lunch time. Nice window views. Wifi is good enough for meetings. Bring a jacket - it’s super cold especially in the phone booths :)

I was hoping to be able to prove to my company overseas that staff can work remotely from there from time to time. Unfortunately the internet connection is not at all fast enough for very data-heavy tasks like remote team collaboration in large file environments (e.g. Revit, Adobe ... and an hour and a half just to open an InDesign book) so ultimately I have to recommend that it was a non-starter.
