1900 Market Street is a 500,000-square-foot, 9-story building that once housed the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, completed in 1982 and renovated top to bottom in 2015. WeWork occupies the entire penthouse floor, with fantastic views and a large central courtyard that lets members work under the open sky. The building is LEED certified and Energy Star labeled, and members can stop by the games lounge to unwind or the wellness and meditation room for some peace and quiet.
