It’s perfect for those who need flexible, 24/7 access to workspace, but not necessarily a private office, or even the same desk every day. With the Hot Desk plan, you’ll pick a primary WeWork location, show up when you want, grab any open seat in the Hot Desk common area, and start working. Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a Hot Desk, Dedicated Desk and Private Office?

A Hot Desk is a shared workspace in a common area. There’s no need to book in advance; you can come and go as needed and use any available desk.

A Dedicated desk is an assigned work space in a large open area shared with other members. This dedicated space comes with a lockable filing cabinet for your personal belongings. Desktops may be set up and left overnight. Phone booths are available on all floors for phone calls.

A Private Office is a fully enclosed, lockable space built for a team of 1-10 people (or more). Your company can add on more offices as you grow. Speak to your community management team about custom built spaces for teams of 12 or more at one of our new locations!

What is workspace?

A daily workspace is designated seating in a shared desk area that has ample seating, work surfaces, and access to power.

How do credits work?

We Membership, Hot Desk, Dedicated Desk, and Private Office plans all include a monthly credit allocation that can be used to book conference rooms and workspace. After you have used your allotted credits, you are free to keep booking space at a cost of USD$25 per credit. Credits do not rollover from month to month.

Can I stop in or should I make an appointment?

Tours must be scheduled in advance. This ensures our availability and helps our team focus on helping you choose the right WeWork space. To book a tour, browse our office locations to book a tour directly.

I'm ready to sign up! What are my payment options?

For Private Offices and Dedicated Desks you may pay by ACH (auto withdrawal), credit card or wire transfer. For Hot Desks and We Membership you may pay by credit card. Note that wire transfers and credit card payments are subject to an additional deposit.
