I spent two days here with an “on demand” pass. I had a great time, all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The place was spotless thanks to a very effective cleaning crew. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come again. The one thing that bothered me was the lack of lockers to store my bags especially during lunch time. The solution oriented staff did help me out, but I feel lockers should be available for those who are working here while travelling. Also, not a huge fan of the “we allow dogs” policy.

Agréables espaces de travail pour ceux qui désire s'éloigner de la monotonie du domicile ou juste fuir le bruit. Ainsi que pour ceux qui cherchent juste une ambiance une travaille plus adapté à leur activité. A nice place to work away from home, to have calm and work mood. Take your laptop and loose yourself in the focus areas.

The customer service is horrible. I use several WeWorks globally, the customer service in the Brussels WeWork is the worst. I booked a day pass and gad a guest. No one was at the reception desk, I had a day pass, so we proceeded in. Afterwards, the person at the reception desk appeared and asked me to book a meeting room in order to have a guest. In total, I ended up paying more than just getting day passes for 3 people. She was very rude and unwelcoming. All this would have been avoided if she/anyone was at the reception desk initially when we arrived, to provide instructions and guidance, but no one was there for some time, when we decided to use the access card and enter the venue, as I did have day pass. I actually met our new team member there in order to evaluate whether he’d like to work from there, but after today, I don’t plan to use WeWork Brussels again.

If you need any support by phone, be ready! The only department you will be able to reach out straight away is SALES. Convenient, no? I left my glasses behind, and I tried my luck speaking with the sales agent for help. After saying: "I spent my day at Wework" ... the solution I got from the agent was: I can provide you the address???????? Seriously? He hung up on me. Congratulations Wework you are definitely hiring the right people!
