WeWork Opens New Chicago Location at 167 Green

WeWork to occupy approximately 93,500 square feet across two floors, following recent opening of WeWork 448 North LaSalle St.

Chicago, IL – May 2, 2021 – WeWork (NYSE: WE), a leading global flexible space provider, today opened its newest location in Chicago at 167 Green. The company will occupy approximately 93,500 square feet across two floors at 167 Green, located at 167 N Green St., including outdoor terraces, in Chicago’s dynamic Fulton Market District. 

Steps from Chicago’s “restaurant row,” artisan cocktail bars and art galleries, WeWork 167 Green offers furnished, move-in ready private office suites and features lounges for team catch-ups, meeting rooms for collaborative brainstorming and private phone booths for calls and heads-down productivity. In addition, the building offers on-site parking, a rooftop terrace and garden, fitness center with a basketball court and locker rooms, event space and storage.

WeWork 167 Green is the company’s second newly opened location in Chicago this year, following the opening of WeWork 448 North LaSalle St. in January. Located in the heart of River North, WeWork 448 North LaSalle St. spans approximately 62,000 square feet across four floors and allows members access to lounges, meeting rooms, bike storage, a fitness center and electric vehicle charging stations.
