En general las instalaciones están muy cool aunque llega haber pisos en los que hace falta mantenimientos de las instalaciones como en los baños o llega a pasar que en la cocina no hay tés o leche

Es un excelente espacio de oficinas, muy bien ubicadas y justo en el corazón de la zona rosa. Los espacios son muy versátiles desde pequeños lugares, hasta pisos completos. Las áreas comunes de cada piso son muy agradables y cómodas.
