How do I take advantage of the Free Private Office for New Members offer?
To sign up for the offer, please schedule an in-person or virtual tour with one of our specialists. They’ll answer any questions for you and set you up with a private office in one of our buildings.
Who is eligible for the Free Private Office for New Members offer?
This offer is available to new WeWork members in the United States, Canada, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America for offices that fit a capacity of up to 20 people. To qualify for the offer, you’ll need to schedule and take a tour with a WeWork specialist either in-person or virtually.
How do I cancel my Free Private Office for New Members?
Please provide (5) business days notice to your WeWork specialist. To opt out of the automatic renewal, contact us through members.wework.com, by (i) clicking “Account Central”, then “Manage Membership”, then “Request a Move Out”, or (ii) by clicking “Support” and submitting a ticket to cancel, and filling out the required exit paperwork, at least 5 days prior to the end of the Free Month.
Will my credit card be charged after the one-month promotional period?
Your credit card will be charged the day after your free trial ends, and after that, on the first day of each month that you remain a member. An applicable service retainer will also be applied on the first day following your free trial completion.
What credits are included in the Free Private Office offer?
You will have an allocated number of credits associated with your account depending on your office size and one hundred and twenty (120) black and white printing credits, and twenty (20) color printing credits are included as part of your WeWork Free Private Office trial. Credits refresh on the 1st of every month and unused credits do not rollover. You may purchase more credits in the WeWork app or member web portal as needed.
How do I book a conference room?
To book a conference room, open the WeWork app or visit the member web portal. Choose the location that works best for you. Select the window of time you would like to reserve the room for—applicable credits will be shown and deducted from your account. If you require additional credits, you will be able to purchase more. Once you book a room via the app, your keycard will automatically be activated to give you access to your chosen room location on the day of your booking.
Can I bring guests?
Yes. Please register your guests in the WeWork app or member web portal at members.wework.com. The number of guests is limited to the number of people permitted in the booked conference room. The guests will be permitted to access the WeWork location booked only during the registered guest period.
How do I register a guest?
You can register a guest after reserving a conference room. You can register guests from the WeWork app, by selecting “Guests,” then input their information. You can also do this on the member portal under “Register Guests.” They will be able to check-in once they get to the building and you will be notified when they arrive so you can greet your guest.
Is printing included with the Free Private Office offer?
Yes, printing and scanning are included: 120 black and white pages and 20 color pages per month.
Can I access my workspace on the weekend?
Yes, you have 24/7 access to your home building location. Outside of your home building location, you may access another location following a Daily Desk booking in select, 24/7-enabled buildings. To make a Daily Desk booking, open the WeWork app (available for iOS or Android) or visit members.wework.com. Choose the location that works best for you and reserve a workspace.
Free One-Month Private Office with Tour Offer Terms and Conditions:
This free private office for one month offer (the “Offer“) is available to new members that tour a WeWork location between January 1, 2021 and March 31, 2021. Tours, either virtual or in-person, must be organized with WeWork and led by a member of the WeWork Sales team. Offer participants are eligible to receive one free calendar month of use of a WeWork private office with a capacity of up to 20 people, only (“Free Month“), subject to entering into a WeWork membership agreement (“Membership“). The Free Month must begin on the first of a calendar month. The Offer must be redeemed and the Free Month must begin by April 1, 2021. At the end of the Free Month, participant’s Membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis and the payment method on file will be automatically charged (1) the applicable monthly rate on the first day of the following month and (2) the amount of the applicable service retainer for the private office, as set forth in the membership agreement. Participant will be charged the full applicable monthly rate on the first day of the following month. To opt out of the automatic renewal, contact us through members.wework.com, by (i) clicking “Account Central”, then “Manage Membership”, then “Request a Move Out”, or (ii) by clicking “Support” and submitting a ticket to cancel, and filling out the required exit paperwork, at least 5 days prior to the end of the Free Month. After the Free Month the Membership can be cancelled in accordance with the participant’s membership agreement terms. Offer available for WeWork locations in the United States, Canada, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. Offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. By participating in this Offer, you may be ineligible for other promotions or offers, during or after the Free Month. No adjustments to prior purchases. We may modify or terminate the Offer at any time without notice.
