Transforming a love of health and wellness into a thriving career

When Jeannie Oliver found herself suffering from severe anxiety, depression, insomnia, and weight issues in her early 20s, she consulted a long series of doctors. One naturopathic physician radically changed the way she approaches health and wellness.

Now the WeWork South Lake Union member is a holistic nutrition counselor, personal trainer, and classically trained chef consulting other entrepreneurs about how their lifestyle, eating habits, and other issues are preventing them from being productive and successful.

Prior to spearheading her own health and wellness business, she ran her own wardrobe styling business for a couple years. When she realized that she spent most of her time researching about nutrition over catching up on the latest fashion trends, she made a conscious effort to work in an industry that aligned with her values and passion for well-being.

Nowadays, Oliver helps her clients triumph over their own struggles and achieve sustainable goals. Check out the interview below on how she’s building her business and finding fulfillment in her work.
