Launching in mid-September, WeWork Workplace will give your team access to book workspace across 1000+ new locations within our Coworking Partner Network in the US and Canada—on top of the hundreds of WeWork locations around the world.
Coworking Partner locations are third-party spaces independently operated by our partner companies that you will be able to discover and book via the WeWork app. Each of these locations provides workspaces and other amenities to support your best work, such as meeting rooms, refreshments and more. Note not all locations across partner providers will be available to book at all times as they are subject to booking, availability and location.
Select locations across partner companies are available to book across cities and towns across the US and Canada, as part of the WeWork Coworking Partner Network. More locations and countries will become available over the next few months.
Open the WeWork app, and type in an area you’d like to search locations for under “Search for space.” Toggle “Private,” and “WeWork” off to display “Coworking Partner” locations only and then search the area you’re interested in. Choose your preferred location and book a desk or a meeting room.
There is a credit cost for desk and conference room bookings that varies across locations. The credit cost is displayed when making a booking.
When you arrive at the space, follow the access instructions provided with your booking confirmation email. There is hospitality staff available at every location to check-in visitors.
Please note your WeWork keycard will not work at Coworking Partner locations.
Guests are permitted for conference room bookings only, and the total number of guests is limited to the room capacity. If you would like to register your guests, please reach out to the WeWork Coworking Partner for more information. Contact details are located in your booking confirmation email.

For support up to the day of your booking at a Coworking Partner location, please contact WeWork support.
For assistance on the day of the booking, please reach out to the Coworking Partner space directly using the contact info provided in the booking confirmation email, or talk with the onsite hospitality staff.
Workplace Admins can navigate to the Workplace Admin dashboard, click ‘Company Settings’, then ‘Coworking’. Under ‘Access’, select ‘Custom’, under ‘Provider’, select ‘Coworking Partner’, uncheck any locations you do not want your employees to be able to book, and then ‘Save’. You can uncheck some or all locations.
