830 Northeast Holladay Street is a 3-story, 53,000-square-foot building on the northeast side of the Willamette River. Built in 1949 and renovated in 2019, the building boasts an upscale industrial style and is fully occupied by WeWork. All three floors wrapped around askylit atrium, with art-filled lounges, well-equipped conference rooms, and focus-fueling private offices throughout. A rooftop terrace overlooks west downtown Portland with tremendous sunset views, doubling as an outdoor workspace or a spot to host an event of your own. The building stays dog-friendly throughout, with bike storage for anyone riding in, a game area for downtime, and a parent's room for those who need it.

First time here and loved it. Used a day pass and there is plenty of space to cowork, awesome amenities like draft coffee, kombucha, and seltzer water included as part of the price. Super friendly helpful staff, internet connection was stable. Overall great environment. I will be back.

I've been to dozens of WeWorks across the U.S. and this is hands down the BEST location! The staff is so consistently friendly and helpful, going above and beyond truly wherever they can - massive kudos to them! The layout is ideal, they amenities are abundant, the location is solid and easy to get to, and the interior design is (per usual) wonderful.

I absolutely LOVE the WeWork location in Portland. The staff is friendly, it's clean, it's very modern and contemporary with LOADS of sunlight, and the Tri-Met station is right here along with underground parking thats NEVER full. And can we talk about that roof top balcony please?! I mean... spoiled rotten, is what I am here. Okay? If you are thinking about signing up. Stop thinking. Just sign up. You won't regret it!

If you're looking for a coworking space that genuinely feels like more than just a place to open your laptop, Portland WeWork is it. It’s a beautifully designed space with plenty of spots to work. But what really sets it apart is the people. The community here is something special. Members who are warm and welcoming, and staff that goes above and beyond to make you feel at home.
