Traded laptops here for a client. Minus a bit of humorous confusion at the security desk, who thought I was an actual courier, the experience was excellent. Very friendly front desk staff, they knew a package was coming, and allowed sufficient time to sit down at a table to confirm that the package was as expected. It felt like I was treated as well as a paying member, which is very much a good thing. Hoping to return on future trips to Boston!

Chloe/Alfred are amazing and very helpful! The view of the Boston skyline from the office & amenities are nice. We work with several offices across the country and one of them is in a WeWork in Philadelphia & we have not had any issues there. Management at this particular location shows bias and discrimination on many levels. We also have been out of the space for two months and since then have over $950 worth of charges that can not be explained. Even after investigating and promise of refund, we then see another charge from WeWork hours later. Why does a company keep our bank info on file when we aren’t even partners anymore? If you’re looking for a coworking space, save yourself and go somewhere else. Tons of other coworking options in the Boston area right around the corner. Do not rush & do your research!
