The health and safety of our members and global communities are our number one priority. That’s why we continue to take steps to enhance our spaces and services – ensuring that you can continue working with peace of mind.
We remain in regular contact with our employees, members and landlords regarding our health and safety measures.
We’ve also brought in experts, working with International SOS to provide strategic direction on medical considerations and quality assurance, and Bureau Veritas to audit and endorse our policies so we can constantly improve.

We’re applying these five operational improvements in each building
Reinforcing our standards with heightened and more frequent cleaning
Working to provide cleaner, filtered air circulation throughout our spaces
Modifying shared spaces to prioritise personal space and safety
Strategically placed signage and wayfinding to guide behaviour and cooperation
Installing complimentary products to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout our spaces
Signage placed throughout common areas will help ensure that we keep our spaces clean, together. WeWork’s community wellness guidelines are:
Follow local social distancing guidelines to leave space between you and your neighbour.
Follow local guidelines on wearing face coverings.
Wipe down desks and countertops after use.
Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
While coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue, sleeve or elbow.
Stay at home if you have any COVID-19 symptoms or you have travelled from a high risk area as indicated by your local government.
