Lugar excelente para trabalhar, com toda estrutura que uma empresa precisa. Local super despojado nas áreas comuns. Existem salas de diversos tamanhos para comportar de MEI a empresas de grande porte. Salas de reuniões disponíveis, cabines para realização de reuniões mais restritas, salas de descanso, jogos, café, chá, leite estão disponíveis o dia todo de graça. Os banheiros estão sempre limpos. Para quem gosta de levar sua própria comida tem microondas e geladeira tbm, para quem quer comprar comida existem restaurantes ao redor e uma praça de alimentação também. Fica perto de um supermercado e farmácia. Estacionamento é pago, mas se quiser estacionar na rua é super tranquilo, pois tem rondas de seguranças o tempo todo.
